UNITOG DECLARES CASH DIVIDEND

 KANSAS CITY, Mo., Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Unitog Co. (NASDAQ: UTOG) today declared a 5 cent per share cash dividend payable on Dec. 21, 1993 to stockholders of record on Dec. 6, 1993.
 Randolph K. Rolf, company chairman and president stated, "We recently announced earnings for our third quarter and nine months ended Oct. 31, 1993, both of which were new records. Net earnings for the quarter increased 42 percent over the third quarter last year and net earnings for the nine month period increased 33 percent over the comparable period last year. This is our second dividend this year and continues to underscore our confidence in our future and our commitment to optimizing shareholder value."
 Unitog, based in Kansas City, is a leading provider of high quality uniform rental services to a variety of industries and sells custom- designed uniforms primarily to national companies in connection with their corporate image programs. The company manufactures substantially all of the uniforms it rents or sells.
