(NASDAQ-NMS: UQST), a leading provider of application software and systems solutions, announced today it has been selected to provide its QuickServe(TM) software package to the Army and Air Force Exchange Service for installation in their Burger King and Popeyes limited food service restaurants located on military bases throughout the United States, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Okinawa and the United Kingdom.
AAFES (an arm of the Department of Defense) also awarded the NCR Corporation a contract for the installation of NCR 7054 food point of sale systems in these restaurants. The award to UNIQUEST also included installation and customization services for the entire system.

"AAFES has over 175 limited food service restaurants and UNIQUEST was selected as a result of years of understanding the food service industry and the operational complexities inherent in that business," said Fred Goldsmith, chief operating officer for UNIQUEST. We welcome the Army and Air Force Exchange Services to our client base and look forward to building a long-term relationship with AAFES and the store managers."
