UNICCO Appoints James E. Lawlor CFO.

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 16, 2003

UNICCO UNICCO United Nimba Citizen's Council (R) Service Company, one of North America's largest integrated facilities services outsourcing companies, has appointed James E. Lawlor, CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. Lawlor joins UNICCO from CVEO Corporation (formerly Converse) of North Andover, Mass., where he was senior vice president and CFO. At CVEO he was responsible for all internal and public reporting functions, including the development and management of the company's operational and capital five-year planning and projections. He coordinated the activities of independent accountants, enhanced the company's financial reporting systems and worked with outside legal counsel.

Lawlor's career at CVEO/Converse spanned over 25 years in which he held several positions of increasing responsibility, including vice president, finance, and vice president and treasurer, as well as several managerial and director-level positions.

Lawlor holds a BSBA in accounting from Salem (Mass.) State College and an MBA in finance from Babson College in Wellesley, Mass. He is a Certified Public Accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
