ULI announces first annual Leadership award winners.


In furthering its educational mission of encouraging responsible land use and smart growth, the Northern New Jersey District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI ULI Underwriters Laboratories Inc.

) has announced the recipients of its first annual Leadership in Land Use Awards. Recipients will be honored at an awards dinner on Thursday, October 27 at 5:30 p.m. at the Zimmerli Museum in New

Brunswick.

This year's recipients of the award are:

* Project of the Year: Borgata Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is a hotel, casino, and spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey owned by Marina District Development Corporation, LLC. The name means "little village" in Italian. The Borgata was built to bring high rollers back to Atlantic City.
