, Frankel will start serving a three-year term on July 1.

Ms. Frankel joins approximately 100 trustees of ULI, which has more than 20,000 members worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, working in private enterprise and public service.

Frankel has been a member of the organization since 1994 and currently holds the positions of Chair of the Urban Development Mixed Use--Gold (UDMUC-Gold) council; Vice-chair of the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 District Council; and Chair of the Education Committee for New York, wherein she has introduced and facilitated UrbanPlan, a real estate course, in two New York high schools.

In addition, Frankel is an adjunct associate professor at New York University's Graduate Real Estate Institute, where she teaches a course in Real Estate Capital Markets. She is a member of New York Women Executives in Real Estate (for which she was Secretary); Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York (for which she was Treasurer and a member of the Board of Governors); and the Financial Women's Association of New York (for which she chaired committees, was Secretary and a member of the Executive Board) and still mentors high school students.

Frankel is admitted to the New York Bar and is a licensed real estate broker.
