Universal Access,Inc., Chicago, a provider of integrated solutions for communications network The transmission channels interconnecting all client and server stations as well as all supporting hardware and software.  transport and infrastructure services has acquired substantially all of the assets of Stuff Software, Inc., Apopka, FL., and its line of telecommunications database products. Terms were not disclosed.
