--USC (5-5, 0-1) update: The Trojans are already in trouble after losing their conference home-opener to Oregon on Friday night. ``It really hurts because these are games we're supposed to win,'' USC coach Henry Bibby said. ``We have to go on the road next week and win two games just to be even.'' Shooting guard Errick Craven continues to struggle from the perimeter, making just 3 of 27 shots from 3-point range this season. The Trojans shot 31 percent on 3-pointers against Oregon. Expect forward Gregg Guenther, back from the football team, to get more playing time today, after his impressive debut Friday night. Forward Nick Curtis remains out with sore knees.

--Oregon State (6-5, 0-1) update: The Beavers lost to UCLA on Friday but led by 10 points at halftime, which should be enough to trouble the struggling Trojans. Oregon State also beat the Trojans at the Sports Arena last season en route to sweeping the Trojans. Forwards Chris Stephens and David Lucas average 15 points per game. Lucas also averages 6.4 rebounds. The Beavers lost to Portland, Colorado, Hawaii, Boise State and the Bruins.
