UCBH Holdings, Inc. Declares $0.04 Dividend for the Third Quarter of 2004.

(Nasdaq:UCBH) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2004 of $0.04 per common share, payable on October 14, 2004, to common shareholders of record as of September 30, 2004.
