UCBH Holdings, Inc. Declares $0.03 Dividend for the Second Quarter of 2003.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 30, 2003

UCBH Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:UCBH) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the second quarter of 2003 of $0.03 per common share, payable on July 10, 2003, to common shareholders of record as of June 30, 2003.

"We are pleased to have increased our second quarter cash dividend by 20 percent on a post-stock split basis compared to our first quarter cash dividend," said Thomas S. Wu, chairman, president and chief executive officer. "Our recent stock split and our dividend increase reflect our confidence in the Company's financial performance."
