U.S. v. Martin, 356 F.Supp.2d 621 (W.D.Va. 2005). The United States filed a complaint alleging that federal inmates knowingly filed financial papers in which they falsely identified themselves as secure parties, intending to harm the creditworthiness Creditworthiness
