 when he was placed in brief medical isolation as a consequence of his refusal to consent to a blood sample, but the court found it necessary to review whether the alleged restrictions on shower and telephone access were more severe than were appropriate. The court also found that fact questions precluded summary judgment for the defendants on the claim that the denial of vegetarian meals violated the inmate's free exercise right. (City of New York)
