U.S. TAKES ON CANADA IN WORLD CUP QUALIFIER.

There is no denying the pressure on the U.S. soccer team today in a nationally televised World Cup qualifier against Canada at Stanford Stadium History

``The key is to not become tense and tight because of the pressure,'' coach Steve Sampson said. ``We have to just go about our business and not worry about what is said in the media and concentrate on improving our play on the field.''

The Americans have posted an 0-4-2 mark since their last triumph, over Costa Rica on Dec. 14. A rematch at Costa Rica is set for next Sunday.
