U.S. SECRETARY OF STATE TO MEET WITH HONEYWELL EXECUTIVES

 WHAT: Media opportunity with U.S. Secretary of State Warren
 Christopher, and Honeywell executives and employees
 operating interactive displays of Honeywell products and
 technology -- such as cockpit avionics, and sophisticated
 industrial process and building control systems.
 After the technology demonstrations, there will be a brief
 press availability.
 WHY: Christopher, who will be in Minneapolis to deliver a
 foreign policy address about Russia at the University of
 Minnesota's Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public
 Affairs, will meet with Honeywell executives to hear their
 perspectives about the challenges U.S. companies face in
 doing business in Russia. Honeywell has more than
 60 years experience in international operations and has
 been doing business in the former Soviet Union since the
 1960s.
