(CDSI). The minimum dollar amount guaranteed over the life of the contract is $1 million with a maximum value of $30 million. The contract has a three-year base period and four one-year options.
Under this relationship, CDSI, the incumbent contractor, will provide technical support to maintain and improve the utility, efficiency and economy of existing and planned ADP computer systems which furnish revenue, cost and service information for financial management and rate making operations.
