The four Robbins-Gioia employees recently supported a comprehensive review of MCB's Earned Value Management Earned Value Management (commonly abbreviated and referred to just as EVM) is a project management technique that seeks to measure forward progress in an objective manner. The IBR demonstrated to the customer (Program Manager-LAV) how MCB is using its EVMS to plan and control the work, measure performance, integrate technical performance with earned value, assess and control program risks, and provide visibility of performance through the monthly submission of Cost/Schedule Status Reports (C/SSR C/SSR Cost/Schedule Status Report ).

The maintenance center provides logistics support to Marine Forces that maintain the continuous readiness and sustainment necessary to meet operational requirements. The center employs more than 900 civilian and military personnel and serves as an integral part of the Marine Corps Logistics Base, working closely with other organizations in carrying out the mission of the base.
