U.S. Life Insurers say Japan's Kampo must stop WTO violations.The American Council of Life Insurers The American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) is a Washington-based lobbying and trade group for the life insurance industry. At issue is the postal authority's insurance division, Kampo, which was founded in 1916 and now has 40% of the country's life market, thanks to nearly a century of government sponsorship.
