U.S. Energy Systems Appoints Henry Schneider Chief Executive Officer of Subsidiary U.S. Energy Overseas Investments.

 -- U.S. Energy Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: USEY) today announced that Henry Schneider has been appointed to lead the Company's strategic development efforts outside the U.S. as Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Energy Overseas Investments LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
