U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT THROUGH ITS SUBSIDIARY U.S.TRANSPORT

 HOUSTON, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS, INC. (NASDAQ: USES), through its wholly owned subsidiary U.S. Transport, Inc., has announced the signing of "letters of intent" with trucking terminal operations located in McCombe, Ill.; Tulsa, Okla.; and Dallas.
 The revenues for the three locations will approximate $4 million annually. These agreements are in accordance with U.S. Transport's recently developed "Affiliate Program" whereby small trucking companies join their operations with UST in order to gain the benefits of consolidation of insurance, marketing, reduced cost of operations, etc. U.S. Transport, Inc., plans to add 100 such terminals over the next 60 months.
 Plastics Recycling Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of USES, announced that the current back log of orders for its extruding operations has increased and the plant is now in operation on a 24-hours-per-day schedule, In addition to the increased backorders, the company has entered into an agreement to conduct a test program to provide contract services for recycling "post consumer" plastic shipping materials received from a major U.S. MEAT processor. It is anticipated that this test program will be successful, resulting in an approximate $500,000 increase in annual revenues.
 U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS, INC., is continuing its search for suitable acquisition candidates that are in the resource recovery field. The company is currently in exploratory talks with two such companies, however, no agreements have been reached as of this date.
