REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee for the classroom sessions includes the fully updated 2002 U.S. CPA Success study binder, all textbooks and course materials and is payable at time of registration. The registration fee does not include the AICPA examination fee, travel, accommodation or meals. Participants need not purchase any additional exam preparation materials. Income tax receipts will be distributed at the course.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Seating is restricted to ensure an optimal learning environment for all participants. Please register at least 10 days prior to the course start date. All registrations received within 3 business days of any course start date (except Toronto) will be subject to an additional $50.00 fee to allow for overnight shipping.

REFUND/REPEAT POLICY

If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another person, or reschedule to another 2002 course date without penalty. If you must cancel your registration, your fees will be refunded less an administrative charge of $50.00 per person. Written notification must be received by U.S. CPA Success prior to your course start date. Non-attendance, by itself, does not constitute withdrawal. Fees are non-refundable after the commencement of your course. Our free repeat policy includes all lectures and course materials exclusive of new editions of the required textbooks.

U.S. CPA Success will honour the pass guarantee for prior participants in the U.S. CPA Preparatory Programs formerly offered by International Accounting Seminars Inc. PROGRAM CHANGES

U.S. CPA Success reserves the right to limit registration in any program, to cancel any program due to insufficient registration, or to substitute a fully qualified alternative instructor not listed in this brochure. U.S. CPA Success is not responsible or any errors or inaccuracies contained in this brochure. Any liability to participants in this program will be limited to refunding the registration fee only.
