NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 1997--Jason Elkin, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of the U.S. Broadcast Group (USBG), announced today that the company has decided to divest all of its broadcast properties.

The stations include: WMGC-TV/ABC/Binghamton, New York; WVNY-TV/ABC/Burlington, Vermont; KJAC-TV/NBC/Beaumont, Texas; KFDX-TV/NBC/Wichita Falls, Texas; KSNF-TV/NBC/Joplin, Missouri; WWCP-TV/FOX/Johnstown, Pennsylvania and WATM-TV/ABC/Altoona, Pennsylvania.

Elkin further announced the retention of Communications Equity Associates, Inc. (CEA CEA carcinoembryonic antigen.
