U.S. Army Reserve.

Charles D. Martin of Little Rock recently was promoted to brigadier general in the U.S. Army Reserve in a ceremony at Camp Robinson. Martin, a Jonesboro native, has served most of his military career in the Army Reserve assigned to units in Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma. He is an environmental scientist with Engineering & Environmental Inc.
