U.S. Appeals Court: SEXUAL ASSAULT OFFICER ON PRISONER ASSAULT.


Daskalea v. I recently moved to nev.from abut have been going back to ca. every 2 to 3 weeks for med.
 of female prisoners by correctional officers and for failing to train staff to prevent such misconduct. According to the court, the fact that the District jail officers sought to conceal the incident did not insulate the District from [sections] 1983 liability based on its deliberate indifference.
