 A PRESS CONFERENCE TODAY AT 2 P.M. IN PHILADELPHIA
 Representatives of the U.S. Attorney's Office, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Administration and U.S. Customs Service will hold a press conference at 2 p.m. today in the Ceremonial Courtroom of the U.S. Courthouse, 601 Market St., Philadelphia, to announce 22 indictments and complaints charging 76 defendants in the most significant international narcotics case ever investigated in this district.
