Tyco International Ltd. NYSE: TYC is a diversified manufacturing conglomerate incorporated in Bermuda, with United States operational headquarters in New Jersey. Ltd. will sell the Tyco Printed Circuit Group
business to TTM Technologies TTM Technologies is a printed circuit board manufacturer headquartered in Santa Ana, California, with locations in Washington, Wisconsin, Utah, Connecticut, and Shanghai, China. Inc. for $226 million in cash. The
transaction has been approved by Tyco's board of directors and is
expected to close in the fall of 2006.
