Two-week Irving Berlin celebration kicks off tonight.Byline: The Register-Guard OFAM OFAM Oregon Festival of American Music The Oregon Festival of American Music's two-week salute to Irving Berlin's America kicks off tonight with "Cheek to Cheek," a gala opening concert at 7:30 p.m. at the Hult Center's Silva Concert Hall.
