Two women tortured to death, 2 injured near Mach.
MACH, May 16, 2010 (Balochistan Times): Two women were tortured to
death while another two suffered serious injuries at picnic point of Pir

they received information that bodies of the two women were placed at
picnic point of Pir Ghaib while two other women were seriously injured.
A Levies Force party reached the place and shifted bodies and injured
women to Civil Hospital Mach. Later, one of the injured women namely
Sana told Levies Force officials that six years back, she had married
Muhammad Arif, a dweller of Dera Bugti Dera Bugti (Urdu: ڈیرہ بگٹی) is a town in Dera Bugti District, Balochistan, Pakistan. It was the hometown of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti. Most of inhabitant of Dera Bugti belongs to Bugti tribe. . She maintained that her husband
had developed some dispute with her. She added that last week, on
insistence of Arif, she along with her mother, a sister and a girlfriend
visited Quetta for shopping purpose. She recalled that her husband asked
them to visit Pir Ghaib, a picnic point near Mach town. When we visited
Pir Ghaib, my husband Arif along with his brother and an accomplice accomplice: see accessory. tied
us with ropes and brutally tortured us. After victimizing, he opened
fire at us. As a result, my mother Nagina and sister Hamida died on the
spot and I and my friend Rani ra·ni also ra·nee n. pl. ra·nis also ra·nees 1. The wife of a rajah.

Arif along with his accomplices fled, she said in her statement. She
maintained that she is second wife of Arif. She said that Arif has taken
away her two siblings with him. Levies Force personnel further said that
injured had been refereed to hospital in Quetta due to their critical
condition. A case has been registered against the accused and
investigation into the incident is underway.
