Two significant manufacturing expansions in 2005.Philom Bios Inc. recently announced that they will invest $2.2 million for construction of office and laboratory facilities to its recently acquired $3.4-million, 8,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Saskatoon Saskatoon (săskət n`), city (1991 pop. 186,058), S central Sask., Canada, on the South Saskatchewan River. . This facility will replace leased facilities and

company's activities. Construction will commence by early spring to
coincide with current improvements to the manufacturing portion of the
building. This investment will allow for relocation of all office and
lab personnel by January 2006.
