 General Hospital have lost their licenses because they failed a written French grammar French grammar refers to the grammar of the French language, which is similar to that of the other Romance languages.

French is a moderately inflected language. Nouns and most pronouns are inflected for number (singular or plural); adjectives, for the number and gender
 test. The French test is required even though the hospital is an English-language institution. The hospital said the two were excellent nurses, and the province is currently facing a nursing shortage, but the lack of a license means they must look for work outside Quebec Quebec, city, Canada
