Two new medical journals from Blackwell Publishing.


Blackwell Publishing (Malden, MA) has begun the publication of two new medical journals including Journal of Sexual Medicine and Headache headache

Pain in the upper portion of the head. Episodic tension headaches are the most common, usually causing mild to moderate pain on both sides. They result from sustained contraction of face and neck muscles, often due to fatigue, stress, or frustration.

Journal of Sexual Medicine will be produced six times a year for healthcare professionals involved in the study, diagnosis and treatment of sexual health concerns, including internists, GPs, OB/GYNs, therapists, biologists and other clinicians. Headache Currents was launched in June and will be published three times in 2004 and six times a year beginning in 2005. Blackwell said the title is designed to be a source of information on advances in scientific understanding of headaches and the impact such advances have on clinical practice.
