CGR will have, a controlled circulation of 15,000 owners, managers and buyers at retail stores (gift shops, souvenir shops, decorated apparel stores, book stores) that offer in-house personalization, including custom gifts and custom graphics. Editorial for the title will include information on: increasing revenues by selling custom gifts; the latest available gift and specialty products for the market; pricing; display; sales & marketing; and, specific markets.

It will also cover the technologies involved in the customization process, including heat transfer, digital printing, screen printing, engraving, embossing embossing, process of producing upon various materials designs or patterns in relief by mechanical means.  stores, auto dealerships, accessory retailers and performance shops "tap the market for over-the-counter" specialty automotive products.

Editorial will include reports on the latest over-the-counter aftermarket products, coverage of new store fixtures and showroom designs, information on POP displays, sales and marketing developments, and profiles of successful store owners.
