Two new long-term leases take distribution center to 100%.


Two new long-term leases have brought Meadowlands Distribution Center to 100% occupancy, announced Stephen Elman of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Owned by RREEF, the 350,000 s/f, high- cube distribution facility is located at 350 Starke Road in Carlstadt.

Elman and Jules Nissim of Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford, N.J., office, and Frank Caccavo and Jason Goldman of the company's Edison, N.J., office serve as the exclusive marketing group for Meadowlands Distribution Center. David Nenner, vice president, district manager of Hackensack-based RREEF, served as in-house representative for the latest transactions.

Stone Source, a high-end stone and tile supplier, leased 89,000 square feet and will relocate three Brooklyn facilities to Carlstadt in a consolidation move. The space will serve as a showroom, fabrication fabrication (fab´rikā´shn),
