Two new journals for Inderscience Publishers.

Inderscience Publishers (London) has begun the publication of two new legal journals, including "International Journal of Nuclear Law" (IJNL) and "International Journal of Technology Policy and Law" (IJTPL). Both journals will be published quarterly.

"IJTPL" is a double-blind referred information resource in the fields of technology and law. It is targeted to policy-makers, government officials, academics, researchers and managers in IT, business and commercial settings and is designed to share technology and law in the fields of science and technology, political science, informatics, sociology and economics. Editorial focuses on the "international dimension" to meet the needs of accelerating global technological, social and economic changes.

Content covers such topics as: commercial law, consumer protection e-government, trademark, patent and copyright law, national security, telecommunications law, insurance issues, Internet abuse, social engineering, information ethics, and knowledge sharing, among man others.

"IJNL" is a reference for both professionals and academics in the field of nuclear law and provides current information on all major developments falling within the domain of nuclear law. Noting that nuclear law "is in a continual state of flux," Inderscience said that the new journal's mission is to carry analysis on issues of concern to nuclear law and regulations, promote study of the problems related to the peaceful use of nuclear energy and contribute to the creation of legislation governing the peaceful use of nuclear energy.

It is targeted to legal practitioners, judges, researchers, law firms and government agencies and carries information on a wide range of subjects, including: the origins of nuclear law, regulating bodies, conventions, emergency preparedness and responses, mining and milling, spent fuel and radioactive waste, legal issues related to the movements of nuclear fuel and radioactive waste, safety and regulation, liability, nuclear energy policy, ethics, emerging international law, and competition and deregulation.
