Two leading Northeast real estate firms merge.


Two prominent real estate entities - Legacy Group, Inc. of Harrison Harrison, town (1990 pop. 13,425), Hudson co., NE N.J., an industrial suburb on the Passaic River opposite Newark; inc. 1869. Peter Elliot LLC has opened a full-service brokerage, management and construction office at Raritan Plaza III in Edison, NJ to begin servicing its existing and prospective institutional real estate clients. Investment sales services will also be made available to clients in the coming months. In addition to full-service offices in Boston, Westchester and New Jersey, Peter Elliot LLC has plans to open regional offices in most cities across the Northeast.
