Two federal departments set up to replace HRDC.


OTTAWA -- The large and unwieldy, Department of Human Resources The fancy word for "people." The human resources department within an organization, years ago known as the "personnel department," manages the administrative aspects of the employees.  Canada has been broken up into two departments.
