Two distribution deals closed by ING Clarion.


EDWARDSVILLE, IL: ING Clarion has announced the purchase of two distribution centers in Illinois and in Washington.

It has acquired the Procter & Gamble Distribution Center in Edwardsville, Illinois Edwardsville is a city in Madison County, Illinois, United States. As of the 2005 census, the city population was 24,047, it is the county seat of Madison CountyGR6 and is the third oldest city in the State of Illinois.  for $27.4 million. The transaction, which was structured as a sale/leaseback with Procter & Gamble, was made on behalf of a separate account client advised by ING Clarion.

We are delighted to have the opportunity to acquire this property for our client."

P&G will remain the sole tenant of the facility for up to 10 years.

ING Clarion also announced the acquisition of Sumner Central, a new industrial distribution center in Sumner, Washington Sumner is a city in Pierce County, Washington, in the United States. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 8,504. History
Sumner was named after Senator Charles Sumner (6 January 1811 – 11 March 1874), and officially incorporated on February 7, 1891.
, for $22.3 million. The off-market acquisition was made on behalf of an open-end fund Open-End Fund

A mutual fund that continues to sell shares to investors, and will buy back shares when investors wish to sell.

NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  as broker.
