Two chambers; LETTERS.
There is, however, one scenario where there is an argument for a second chamber. Germany has a two-chamber system. The Bundestag (Lower House) is elected by a mixed system of first past the post and proportional representation while the Upper House, the Bundesrat, consists of members nominated in proportion to the size of the population in their particular state.
There are Parliaments in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. If there were to be an English Parliament as well, there is a case for each of those regional Parliaments to appoint representatives in an Upper House to protect the interests of the devolved Parliaments.
