Two black-owned technology consulting firms, Blackwell Consulting Services (No, 96 on the BE INDUSTRIAL/ SERVICE 100 list with $31.5 million in sales) and Electronic Knowledge Interchange merged forces, forming BCS (1) (The British Computer Society, Swindon, Wiltshire, England, www.bcs.org) The chartered body for information technology professionals in the U.K., founded in 1957. . The merger will not only benefit their respective clients, which include Bank One, Motorola, Waste Management, and the Chicago Public School System, but will also reunite re·u·nite
