Two W&M Properties office buildings garner coveted awards.


Two of W&M Properties' Class-A Connecticut office buildings--Metro Center and First Stamford Place--are the focus of prestigious real estate awards, announces Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the buildings.

The flagship of W&M's suburban portfolio, Metro Center, located at the Stamford Transportation Center, has won the annual Office Building of the Year (TOBY) award from the Southern Connecticut chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association This article or section needs sources or references that appear in reliable, third-party publications. W&M Properties is the real estate management, marketing and acquisition arm of the Malkin family, which has commercial and residential operations in seven states.
