Two New Canon Multimedia LCD Projectors Display Important Features and Exceptional Value.


LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. -- Canon's New LV-7230 and LV-S4 Multimedia LCD Projectors Provide More for the Budget-Conscious Buyer to Consider

Canon's new LV-7230 and LV-S4 multimedia projectors are engineered to attract buyers with performance and price, while impressing audiences with quality images. Whether presenting to a conference room of businesspeople or a classroom of students, both projectors feature Genuine Canon Optics, and unique benefits that meet a wide range of needs. The LV-7230 model includes a 1.6x optical zoom Changing the focal length of a camera by adjusting the physical zoom lens. The new LV-7230 projector weighs 6.4 pounds, features 2000 ANSI Lumens and delivers native XGA (EXtended Graphics Array) A screen resolution of 1,024x768 pixels. The term stems from IBM's XGA display standard introduced in 1990, which extended VGA to 132-column text and interlaced 1,024x768x256 resolution. XGA-2 later added non-interlaced 1,024x768x64K.  resolution image quality. The LV-S4 weighs 5.l pounds, features 1500 ANSI Lumens and delivers SVGA (Super VGA) A screen resolution of 800x600 pixels. The LV-7230 model boasts a 380:1 contrast ratio and a low 34dB operating noise level in Silent Mode, while the LV-S4 offers a contrast ratio of 300:1 and an impressive 33dB noise level. Regarding image uniformity, the LV-S4 offers 85% while the LV-7230 offers 90%.
