Two Major Tenants Sign Leases in Naperville Woods Office Center.CHICAGO -- M & J Wilkow, Ltd., a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment firm, announced that it has signed 84,563 square feet in two new leases at the Naperville Woods Office Center at 1100 Warrenville Road in Naperville, Ill. Brian Whiting and Dru Schoemaker of J.F. McKinney & Associates represented the owners, M&J Wilkow Ltd. and CarVal Investors. The Naperville Woods Office Center is a newly renovated two-building complex that was originally part of the Lucent campus located in the far west suburban Chicago area. A new tenant, Hallmark Services Corporation, a subsidiary of the parent of Blue Cross & Blue Shield Blue Shield A US not-for-profit health care insurer that is a reimbursement intermediary for physicians. Cf Blue Cross. of Illinois, has leased 52,358 square feet in the 1000 Warrenville Road building. Handling the transaction were brokers John G. Howland, Andrea Van Gelder and Diana Riekse from The Staubach Company. In addition, U.S. Bank National Corporation recently leased 32,200 square feet in the same building.
