Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company has been named to market the Twin Peaks Resort, 1,236 acres of premium real estate in Yorkshire, N.Y.

The offering, which includes residential development sites, a ski resort and retail village plans, is listed for sale at $25 million. Craig Stewart and Jack Botero, land specialists in Marcus & Millichap's San Diego San Diego (săn dēā`gō), city (1990 pop. 1,110,549), seat of San Diego co., S Calif., on San Diego Bay; inc. 1850. San Diego includes the unincorporated communities of La Jolla and Spring Valley. Coronado is across the bay.  and Manhattan offices, respectively, are the listing agents. The seller is a Nevada-based corporation.

Twin Peaks Resort, formerly Kingbrook Village, is located in Cattaraugus County. The offering is a community-based real estate development designed to appeal to sports-minded families in the northeastern United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  and Canada.
