Tusker is back, according to Hank Hague of St. Killian's Import Co. (New Import Products).

Tusker is back, according to Hank Hague of St. Killian's Import Co. The brand ha* been relabeled, but is the same lager that was favorite of Ernest Hemingway and has been called "Africa's best beer." The brand is made Kenya Breweries, which was founded in 1922 George and Charles Hurst. The early Kenya Lager was much favored by safari travelers. When brewery owner George Hurst was killed by a bull elephant in 1923, his brother named the brewery's flagship beer "Tusker".
