Turkish bank T.C. Ziraat lease floor near Bryant Park.

GVA Williams, one of New York City's leading commercial real estate services firms, announced today that T.C. Ziraat Bankasi, a major Turkish bank, will relocate its New York headquarters to 475 Fifth Avenue.

The bank, which is relocating from 330 Madison Avenue, will lease the entire 19th floor of 7,671 s/f at 475 Fifth Avenue--a boutique, 24-story office tower situated on the corner of 41st Street and across the street from Bryant Park. Asking rents in the 250,000-s/f building range from $49 to $52 psf.

GVA Williams is the exclusive leasing agent for 475 Fifth Avenue. Harry F. Blair, senior managing director, and Sean Kearns, associate director of GVA Williams, represented the building's ownership, 475 Fifth Avenue Limited Partnership, in this transaction. Steve B. Strati and Susan Giella of Cushman & Wakefield represented T.C. Ziraat Bankasi in the ten-year lease transaction.
