Tube City IMS Corporation Cayce, S.C. Operation Receives Safety Award.
The Palmetto Safety Award was presented to the site for having the lowest Occupational Safety and Health Administration Recordable Incidence Rate.

The safety awards were presented at the April 27, 2007, annual awards banquet of the South Carolina Occupational Safety Council in Myrtle Beach.
It is the second safety award the Cayce operation has received. The site received the National Slag Association 2006 safety award for "Lowest Incident Rate, 51-75 Employees" in late March.
