Trycera Financial Inc. Announces the Appointment of Randy Cherkas to the Board of Directors.


NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- Trycera Financial Inc. announced that effective Sept. 14, 2004, it has added Randy Cherkas as a member of its board of directors.

He has been involved in developing prepaid programs for such retail chains as A&P Supermarkets, Circle K, Wawa Food Markets Wawa is a chain of convenience store/gas stations located in the eastern United States; specifically New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.
