Trump picks NY and FLA teams to sell condo-hotel.

FT. LAUDERDALE BEACH, FLA: Seabreeze Development, LLC, a joint venture between The Trump Organization and Eugene and Stuart Kessler, has retained ISG/TIR and the Bayrock Group as exclusive sales and marketing agents for Trump Las Olas Beach Resort.

ISG/TIR is a partnership between Aventura-based International Sales Group (ISG) and TIR Sales & Marketing. The firms will work in concert, in New York and Florida respectively, to sell the boutique condo-hotel being built in Fort Lauderdale Beach. Trump Las Olas will offer 95 lavishly appointed suites. Within the 12-story building will be equally indulgent amenities and services.
