Tropical Develops Product for Schools -- Meets SB-19 Guidelines.

Tropical Beverage Inc. (Pink Sheets:TPBV) is pleased to announce that it has developed a new line of beverages that target the new regulations set forth by the LA Unified School District A unified school district is a school district which includes both primary school (kindergarten through middle school or junior high) and high school (grades 9-12). In Illinois, these districts are called unit school districts.  (LAUSD LAUSD Los Angeles Unified School District (Los Angeles, CA) ). LAUSD has passed a resolution to impose mandatory standards for beverages based upon the criteria set in the state assembly bill SB-19. Tropical has produced a product that meets the guidelines of the school district and has received tentative approval. After test samples are verified the beverages will be on the approved product list. "The LA school system is a very large and lucrative market. This approval opens the door to that market and we are very excited," said Chris Lotito, CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  of Tropical. "We are currently negotiating with distributors to set up distribution," he added.
