Troika raises $13 million. (Valley Briefs).


Westlake Westlake, city (1990 pop. 27,018), Cuyahoga co., NE Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland; inc. as a city 1956. A growing city, its various manufactures include ink and plastics.  Village-based network and digital storage systems firm, Troika Networks Inc., has raised $13 million in its latest round of financing.

The company said that its fourth round of financing was completed with the aid of existing investors Draper Fisher Jurvetson Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ) is a venture capital firm based in Menlo Park, California with affiliate offices in more than 30 cities around the world and over $4.5 billion in capital commitments. , Dynafund Ventures and Windward wind·ward

The latest round of financing means the company has raised $68 million in total financing in the last three years' starting with a round of $41 million in 2000.

The company was founded in 1998, and its customers are companies in communications, retailing, health care and energy.
