Trizec Properties to Participate in Wachovia's 9th Annual Real Estate Conference; CFO Mike Colleran to Present.

CHICAGO -- Trizec Properties, Inc. (NYSE:TRZ) announced today that Mike Colleran, Trizec's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will provide a Company presentation at Wachovia Securities' 9th Annual Real Estate Conference in New York on Wednesday, December 7, 2005, at approximately 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
