Trivest Affiliate, Corvest Promotional Products, Inc., Tops $100 Million in Sales With Two Recent Acquisitions.


MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 1999--

Trivest, Inc., through its affiliate Corvest Promotional Products, Inc., announced that it has completed two acquisitions: Toppers, Inc., and Gootnick Enterprises, Inc.

With these acquisitions, Corvest which operates under the name Advalite, Inc., ranks among the top five suppliers in the promotional products industry.

Toppers, in Thorofare, New Jersey Thorofare is an unincorporated area within West Deptford Township in Gloucester County, New Jersey, United States. The area is served as United States Postal Service ZIP Code 08086. , is the largest supplier of sport, tote and travel bags serving the promotional products industry. Founded in 1964, Toppers has established an outstanding reputation for quality and service.
